Job Description

* Description 
Demand generation andSales of Nomex Insulation products 
Accountable for driving penetrationof Nomex insulation in the Motor Repair market through direct engagement andbuilding relationship with key Retailers 
Communicate valueproposition of Nomex offerings to the target customers and drive adoption 
Design and implement promotional programs to drive greater adoption and Brand loyalty 
Organize Technicalseminars for target customers 

* Qualifications: 
Education: Graduate Degree in Engineering.Electrical Engineering preferred. MBA can be added advantage. 
Experience: Minimum 6 8 years Industry experience. 
Experience in Sales ofElectrical products and preferably Motors. Experience in sales of Insulationproducts or in selling any technical products to Motor Industry would be addedadvantage. 
Strong externalnetworking capability and ability to build long term customer relationships. 
Strong Business Acumenwith a Solution approach 
Result oriented -ability to drive demand, hunger for sales and aggressive for market share 
Technically inclined andmotivated to become an expert in the field 
High self-developmentcapability 
Ability to workindependently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. 
Strong communication andpresentation skills 
Willing to travelextensively 
Computer Skills-Proficiencyin Word/Excel/ Powerpoint Willing to relocate ifrequired
