Candidate with 2-3 Years of experience with desktop support profile with good communication skills as the candidate is expected to work with EMEA regions.
Candidate should be willing to work in EMEA shifts only.

Ability and proven experience in users support remotely.

Understanding of ITIL methodology and Asset Management
Establish and manage a close working relationship with service owner, 1st level support, 2nd level support.
Interact with other 2nd level support team for joined troubleshooting sessions where root cause is not well defined.
System expert in Windows, Mac and Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Application and Packaging, Microsoft Azure, NIS.
Experience in RnD support environment.
System administrator with deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft software package for developer, MSDN, Office, Skype for Business, collaboration, O365, WIM, WIN10.
Deep knowledge and experience in computers hardware, processors, Mobile, Tablet and Apple MAC devices.
Knowledge of a market IT support and support software package.
Familiar and experience in hardware for endpoints.
Knowledge of Polycom VC and Polycom phones.
Collaborate with peers.
Prior knowledge of Imaging & Encryption would be added advantage.
Experience in working in Tech Lounge with customer facing ability.
