Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for self-motivated, passionate and hardworking person for our Regional operations , who will provide confidential, and excellent support/facilitation for client servicing and local logistics.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinating with regional clients and follow-up for documents and query resolution etc. may have to collect documentation remotely or in-person (so should be willing for local travel)
Client Servicing and coordinating with Mumbai office for Investors documentation completion. Facilitate KYC compliance. Tracking transaction statuses. Tracking renewal alerts and follow-ups.
Client query resolution and document management support.
Assist with various administrative activities, as may be needed from time to time. Facilitate to simplify the works for those supported.
Coordinate and set-up client meetings - both in-person and virtual. Also explore opportunities for group presentations.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduation (BA /BCom /BMS / BBA) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 2-4 years of experience in similar roles in client services/office administration
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable expertise on MS Office applications or equivalents
Highly attentive to details with willingness to learn and innovate
Strong time-management and planning skills; with multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
Proactive orientation towards client support services, with empathy and helpfulness
Build foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, prospects, business intermediaries/associates and concerned organizations
