Territory Manager Sales After Market (Ahmedabad & Orissa). 

Territory Manager - Sales After Market

Experience : 7-10 years of experience
Locations    : Ahmedabad & Orissa
Desired Candidate Profile : BE or MBA with 7-10 years of experience in distribution handling, preferably from Earthmoving industry, like bearing, Hoses, Industrial Lubricating oil, or OES sales (from any OE company from transportation and Earthmoving industry.

Salary package : 13-14 LPA

Job Description

Sales Management - To achieve pre-set sales target for respective territory
Distributor Growth plan
Payment Receivables
Brand Building
Account management
Collect and collate market information on competition.
Generate new business, manage and expand distribution network and grow customer base for Donaldson brand of products in respective region.
Achieve or exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and objectives. 
Consistently improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies.
Work closely with Product Manager, Sales Manager / Operations teams and other departments/internal businesses within to maximize sales volume / margin, net profit and customer satisfaction.
Sales Revenue generation/ achievement and New Business Development
Distribution handling, Key Account Management for Engine Aftermarket business.
Maintain good Relations with Customers and update of Relationship Matrix.
Lead generation, covering & maintaining opportunities in CRM, Idea screening submission 
Collect and collate market information on competition
Close working with customer support and distribution
Business Wins, Contracts, Booking & coordination of inclusion in long term plan
Setting escalators, negotiate price revisions / Commodity with corporate customers and rate contracts.
Coordination for SLOB reduction and inventory planning and Forecast reviews
Track opportunities, prepare opportunity pipeline in CRM.
MIS data, Sales data, analysis, SOB data generation, Sales Trend Analysis. Customer Folder maintenance, Presentations
Organize meetings with customers for initiation of business discussions. 
Business Plan/ Strategic Planning / Updating of new projects in plan, Support in Planning
Sales Promotion (Advertisement, Brand building) and Marketing activities like organizing Technical seminars at end-customer and participate in Exhibition, 
Coordinating with Finance & customer Support team and customers for support in Payment and C-Form collections
Coordination with Customer Support for Order processing, Sales of parts, forecasting, on-time-delivery activities and overall customer satisfactions

Technical Competence & Skills:

Ability to interact at all customer levels.
Rich sales experience of distribution handling from earthmoving or automotive industry, preferably from bearing, industrial oil, Hoses, Filters industries or OES sales.
Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales. 
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to successfully negotiate with customers at all management levels. 
Ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders 
Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously 
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 
Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Open to travel extensively.
