Job Description

o To set a realistic target for the allotted territory based on the population data and market potential
o Identify the beats in the territory and collect the list of outlets in each beat with all relevant information as required by our Mobile automation system.
o Allocate resources for each of the beats based on the potential of the beat as per the recommendations
o Targets to be set for each of the beat based on the potential and worked upwards to arrive at the territory targets.
o Targets should be set for distribution enhancement (NumD), range selling (LPC & LAPC) and productivity for each of the beat apart from Secondary and Primary sales
o Ensure that your territory is appropriately covered with the number of required distributors and appoint distributors for vacant areas following the process laid down by the company.
o To have a systematic coverage of All outlets based on A-B-C classification and maximize sales from the A & B class outlets.
o Monitor the performance of TCSR / ISR and coach them on the field while working with them to improve their selling skills.
o Sending daily reports to the State Head on the performance of the day with expert comments on the reasons for achieving / non-achieving the targets.
o Ensure that distributors service the orders taken on time to the fullest satisfaction of the retailers and the schemes / credits get passed on appropriately.
o Monitor the closing stock of the distributors on a periodical basis and collect the primary orders based on stock position so that out-stocking does not happen.
o Ensure that most of the skus are being billed (LPD) to the stockiest and the same is reflected on the secondary orders taken (LPC).
o Ensure that distributors get sufficient ROI on their investments and take corrective actions where required.
o Analyse Sales performance of your area distributor wise and prepare charts / graphs for the deekly performance review with your statehead.
o Ensure the competitor activities collected by your team gets reported properly to the correct person at Ho for necessary decisions.
o Ensure that promotional activities conducted in your area fetch the necessary benefits..
o Conduct random audits in the area to ensure that placements are done properly and submit the audit report to the state head periodically.
o Ensure that the genuine claims of the Distributors are settled on time and good relationships are built over a long term. 

o Ensure that there are no stock infiltration happening your territory and report the same immediately to your statehead for suitable actions.
o Ensure new product launches are done as per the launch plan and monitor its performance periodically on the shelf and submit your expert opinion to the marketing team.
o Build a positive relationship with the key retailers in your territory for mutual business gain.
o Communicate positive image of the company in your area and ensure that advertisements aired are used to gain return through increased sales
