Job Description
The Head (Safety & Security) is responsible for leading the team of Assistant Managers and the Safety and Security vertical for Star India, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the entire security personnel. Help in writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff, and provide protection to organisations stakeholders and assets and important persons when necessary.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare & execute SOP for material movement & assets tracking
Prepare & execute SOP for employees n visitors movement
Prepare & execute SOP for VIP movement 
Control over complete security System (physical to electronic surveillance system)   
Plan fire evacuation & execute drill qtly/ half yearly
Plan various threat scenarios(Bomb, flood, Terrorism, Riots, Mob ) & execute SOP’s  
Prepare Incidence report (Investigate theft and submit timely reporting )
Prepare & execute SOP for Lifts Operations
Prepare & execute sop for all safety and security devices ( smoke detector, fire alarm ,sprinkler, fire extinguishers, metal detectors, scanners )
Prepare & execute SOP for access card management
Prepare & execute SOP for CCTV Operation 
Physical Guarding
Evaluating existing guarding pattern and report the gap / observation as per industry standard
Create a training calendar and organize required training as per need
Recruitment of guard/ supervisors as per need
Managing their duty sheet
Monitor 24/7 operation
Plan escort management for sports talent / other VIP movements
Day to Day Emergency Support
Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
Plan security for special and high-risk events.
Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations.
Develop budgets for security operations.
Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
Arrange for or perform executive protection activities.
Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
Recommend security procedures for security call centers, operations centers, domains, asset classification systems, system acquisition, system development, system maintenance, access control, program models, or reporting tools.
Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes.
Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
 
Required Knowledge and Skills

Having working experience of large multi-story premise with appx. 3000 employees occupancy / 5 Lac SFT Area and  -24/7 operation
Sound knowledge on VIP movement
Excellent team leader to lead / coach team of 100 with various level from guards to assistant security n safety managers
Excellent communication ability 
Good knowledge on computer
Age between 28 to 45
Ensure Competences
Good risk analyst 
Preparation / Presentation on PowerPoint
Command on leadership quality
Good PR / liaising ability with external authorities (police/ fire office)
 
B) ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER- 1 Nos. – 4.5LPA -Star India Channel
(SHIFT DUTY )
Job Description
Qualification - Any graduate/ Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential 
Industry - Facilities Management
Place of work: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Preference: Someone with past experience at Sodexho/ Knight Frank/ ISS / JLL / CBRE / Colliers / Tenon, etc. would be preferred
Purpose

Support the Facility / Property Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility and ensure zero downtime for the client always.

Roles and Responsibilities
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices;

Assist the FM in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time;

Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management or technical services to the client;
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager;
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets. 
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per clients recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;

Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;

Assist the FM to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations;

Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations;
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns;

Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time;
Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client;

Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters

Reporting:
Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Technical Manager;
Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipments;
Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables;
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.
Floor Maintenance experience is must
Multi Site Handling Experience is must

More than 5 years of experience in handling Technical operations of a commercial premises of approx. equivalent size
